Child Therapy (3-12 years) – Most of our therapy work with children is done through play, art, and sand tray. In addition to play therapy sessions we offer parent consultation, training, and filial therapy. In sessions with parent and children we can target specific developmental and behavioral concerns to promote parent-child bonding and healthy communication.
Individual Therapy (12+ years) – Evidenced based interventions are applied during sessions with a therapist to promote healing, healthy self-esteem, interpersonal boundaries, personal growth, and treat psychological disorders such as anxiety and depression.
Couples Therapy – Our approach to working with couples is to view the couple unit as the client rather than either of the individuals. Working with a therapist as a couple can provide a safe place to recognize and resolve conflicts within the relationship as well as deepen your bond and strengthen the relationship.
Family Therapy – We can better understand individual difficulties when we view them within the context of the family system in which they function. In family therapy we focus on the improvement of interfamilial relationships and patterns of the family system.
School Consultation – As an advocate for your child’s psychological wellbeing we can attend ARD meetings, review IEPs and goals, offer recommendations for academic accommodations, and communicate with school personnel to develop the best academic plan for your child’s needs.
All therapy sessions are $125 per hour
